CLIENT OBJECTIVE: Retained as a Senior Project Management Consultant, for the Recall North America account. Responsible for set-up of account management functions through completing project management services of their newly leased and expansion facilities. Recall’s industrial sites contain high-pile medical record and box storage throughout their North American Portfolio.
Project Approach: Our real estate strategy focused on review of the US and Canadian Facility Portfolio. We instituted a process with the following goals:
• Developed national build-out standards and Request for Proposal formats which achieved consistency of design and costs
• Reduce capital improvement costs and timelines to turn over facilities to meet operational objectives and goals
• Establish and negotiate vendor service contracts and effectively manage all vendors . Disciplines included : racking, shredding equipment, data/tape storage vaults, sprinkler, fire alarm/vesda systems, electrical, security, stair towers, VRC’s, sales offices, docks including mantraps, overhead doors, truck ramps and lifts
• Effective weekly reporting formats for Corporate Management of Recall to ascertain status of all project progress, cost to budget accountability, and timelines quickly -efficiently
